Amber is a company who specialises in providing support and assistance for you and we work to maintain/improve independence in your own home. We are able to offer advice on all matters, concerning your property including the following:
Our Commitment
We are committed to provide an effective and efficient service, which will lead to improving the comfort and independence of living in your own home. We always ensure that someone will answer the phone (within working hours 9.00am at 5.30pm) and will visit within one week. If it is an emergency, we will ensure that we get someone to visit the following day at the earliest.
Customer Consultation
We understand how important it is to keep you informed of your options and how works are proceeding. From the moment we are contacted, we will discuss the options/issues thoroughly and will write to you detailing what is agreed.
Company Development
We are always looking at ways to develop our own skills, in order to improve the service we provide our client. As members of the RICS we are required to carry out Continued Professional Development on a regular basis. This provides us with a constant, up-to-date knowledge of regulations and products, which can be used in the home.
At the end of the project, we ask our clients to complete a feedback questionnaire on the service we have provided. Once a month we review the feedback and implement systems to correct any issues.
